7.    Banana and Oatmeal Scrub

  • Repeat this remedy at least twice a week to remove the unwanted body or facial hair.

Method -2 (Papaya and Aloe Vera)

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon papaya paste or powder
  • 3 tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil
  • ¼ tablespoon Gram flour
  • ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 2 drops of any essential oil
  • Clean and dry cloth
  • Any moisturizer or 1 teaspoon olive oil
Process
  • Mix papaya paste, gram flour, Aloe Vera gel and turmeric powder, mustard oil and essential oil to make a thick paste
  • Apply this paste on the areas of hair growth in the opposite direction of hair growth
  • Allow the paste to dry for 15-20 minutes
  • Take the clean and dry cloth and remove the dried paste by rubbing the cloth in the opposite direction of hair growth.
  • Wash the area with water and pat dry using the towel
  • Now massage a few drops of olive oil, baby oil or moisturizer on the area
  • Repeat the remedy 3-4 times a week for about 3 months to remove the unwanted hair completely.

9.    Turmeric

Turmeric has been in use for treating skin diseases for centuries in India. Apart from having antibacterial and antiseptic properties turmeric also helps in preventing hair growth. This is a simple but effective method for hair removal. Different methods have to be used for removing thin hairs and for removing thick and dense hair
Process for Thin Hair
  • Take one or two teaspoons of turmeric powder or enough quantity to cover the area of hair growth

Ingredients
  • ½ cup chickpea flour

  • Powder about 1 to 2 inches of cinnamon bark. Take a tablespoon of the powdered cinnamon and add sufficient water to it to make a smooth paste.

Cat-cow: Get on your hand and knees by placing the wrists directly below shoulders with gingers spread wide enough, now feel each knuckle and finger pads on ground in order to distribute the weight onto hands so that the weight will not completely fall onto the wrists. Inhale into cow means the head and tailbone will have to be lifted up while dropping the belly towards ground with heart extending forward. Exhale into cat which means the spine has to be arched upwards by tucking the chin towards chest and drawing the navel towards spine, this has to be continued for 2-3 times, moving slowly at first and later has to be increased with the speeding order to gain the flexibility.

5. Breathing exercises early:


Stress can be lowered by taking deep breaths since we often tend to forget taking regular breathe.
Down dog: Get down on the knees and lift tailbone towards sky, drop down the head and push in hands to create length in spine, draw the navel towards spine and press the soles of feet towards ground. Take about 5 rounds of deep breath in this pose while closing the eyes if there is proper balance maintained.
